1. Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire holiday apartment. Please refrain from smoking inside the premises with open windows.
2. Respect Quiet Hours: To maintain the comfort and privacy of all guests, we kindly request you to observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, please avoid any unnecessary noise and be considerate of your neighbors.
3. No Pets Allowed: In consideration of guests with allergies and other potential visitors, pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4. No Parties: To preserve the tranquility and peace of our neighborhood, parties or large gatherings are not permitted in the holiday apartment. Please utilize public spaces for such occasions.
5. Prohibition of Illegal Movie Streaming: It is strictly prohibited to use illegal streaming services or other unauthorized sources to watch movies or any other copyrighted material. Please use only legal and licensed services.
6. Waste Separation: We kindly ask you to adhere to proper waste separation. Please separate your garbage and use the provided bins for cans, plastic, glass, compost and general waste. Instructions can be found in the apartment.
7. Only Toilet Paper in Toilets: To maintain the sanitation facilities, please dispose of only toilet paper in the toilets. Flushing hygiene products, wet wipes, or any other items may cause blockages. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
